This is the Privacy Policy of Made (Aust.) Pty Ltd ACN 009 936 574 and its related companies and affiliates (referred to collectively as Made, we, our and us). It sets out how we seek to manage Personal Information.

We are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act), including the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Where applicable, we will rely on the employee records exemption in the Privacy Act and any other applicable exemptions in the Privacy Act or other legislation.

In this Privacy Policy, Personal Information means information or an opinion about an identified individual or an individual who is reasonably identifiable, whether or not the information is true.
